Hello I’m Kevin and I’m new to the app as well as Real Estate. I’ve recently returned home from deployment over seas and wanted to invest in rental properties in the Chicagoland area. I wanted to know if they’re any active investors in the area with experience that could help me with the process? I’m willing to learn any and everything that anyone has to offer, it would be much appreciated.

@Kevin Herron

To learn more about real estate investing in Chicagoland, you should definitely check out the Straight Up Chicago Investor podcast, which @Mark Ainley and @Tom Shallcross host. They provide tons of really helpful information that will help you successfully invest in and around Chicago. Every area is different and they dive into the nuances of different neighborhoods. You WILL become a better investor by listening to the show.
