I would advise that you do, then you can network there as well to other Investors, you also can use Craigslist to advertise the house, or try a RE Agent which you also can find at your Local REIA.

The particular property became listed between the time I sent out the mailer and when I got a return phone call from the agent.Please advise.

Basically, both advised it is very easy to pierce the veil and go after everything.
