Possible to wholesale listed prop w/out a lot of $$$ possible?
Is there a way to structure a wholesale deal on a now-listed property when I do not have the proof of funds to validate a cash offer? I feel like there is not, but I want to make sure.
Back Story: I recently sent a mailer out to expired listings. The particular property became listed between the time I sent out the mailer and when I got a return phone call from the agent.
Please advise. Thank you, forum.
