There is power in a husband and wife working together towards a common goal!

Similar extension cord but no running water etc etc.We simply removed the doors & windows & shut down the power to his extension cord.He left & she bailed soon after when she lost her Sect. 8 'free ride'.

We are using more hidden power strips and receptacles these days:Under cabinetThe pop-out (and catch your leg) ...

And the community (there were multiple duplexes) was about to mutiny against the powers that be - and I didn't want to be that power :)  Actually - it may have been the same place (built in 88?).

Not only that but a powerful smell of cat urine from the 7 cats i counted as they ran passed me when i entered the front door!

Needless to say we were fairly stoked that he agreed to speak with our little group.Through the power of the internets, Skype and an overhead projector, we were able to beam his smiling countenance onto the screen for all to see, like Big(gerPockets) Brother watching over us from some Sci Fi flick... only a kind, gentle Big Brother with a beard, a mustache and cool microphone.He then generously answered questions from our members for the next 30 mins.It was incredible that even though Brandon was halfway around the world, it felt like he was in the room with us. 

It is so nice to read a story that illustrates the power of sticking to your dream and working toward it in the face of disappointment.

But then prices shot back up like a rocket in 2012 and 2013.But I'm sure you can do fix and flips in SD right now like you can do in any market at any time.  

As they say " Information is power" , appreciate the information shared on this Capital Rehab Group of Florida, I was not convince but willing to spend $47.00 , but now I wont.
