I had a contractor come in....basically a small kitchen needs to be remodeled including walls, floor, cabinets, sink and all.I don't think they can afford to pay anything, we have to pay out of pocket or see if the insurance can kick in which i doubt.  

Since we will be doing a lot of remodeling of walls, possibly electrical, plumbing, etc, I want to know if it's present in the walls, insulation, etc.

I'm willing to do sales, financial and property analysis, remodeling, maintenance, and handyman work.

I have remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms three times over the years (about every ten years.)
