My First STR Acquisition

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Mableton.

Purchase price: $65,500
Cash invested: $15,000

STR (main unit) and traditional rental (basement)

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Short-term rental market growth opportunities.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Purchased at auction.

How did you finance this deal?

Private money loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

Value add while serving as GC personally and hiring trade professionals for updates.

What was the outcome?

Total remodel and use as STR...then later basement was rented.
