If it does come from my profit, is she supposed to be making a standard amount per sale , or should she be making a specific percentage of each profit margin with in each sale ?

Keep your qualification standards stringent and consistent. 

Their fee for tenant placement is one month's rent, which seems to be standard.  

You need to set your standards for the PM and have him follow them.

My market is the top growing in Wisconsin, however my neighborhood I believe has pretty standard bedrooms on the main level.
