How much do I pay my realtor/sales rep?

Hello everyone, I have a pretty general question and any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I am currently about to wholesale my first property. I found the property, I negotiated the purchase price and got the property under contract under my LLC. When it came to the buyer, it was off of my realtors cash buyer list. How much money is the realtor supposed to make, and does she make money from my profit or is she making money from her buyer somehow? If it does come from my profit, is she supposed to be making a standard amount per sale , or should she be making a specific percentage of each profit margin with in each sale ? Feedback is greatly appreciated! This is my first time and I close next Thursday for a profit of 40,000 on my first deal, and 10,000 on my second and still to this moment I'm confused on how the realtor gets paid since she isn't legally involved.
