In my humble opinion, no better place to park your money in the Twin Cities right now.

I don't know about Florida, but I would suggest do thorough and independent (I.E. don't just ask a RE agent or PM and take their word for it) research on regulation and regulatory risk, especially around Disney parks.

I found that the floor for Federal Hill was about $650 per bedroom near Riverside Park or near the southern end of Federal Hill proper.

Until then I am looking at a handful of parks and managing my own in Kansas.

While having this I get constant attention while driving, be parked or even the fast food window.

I lived near {what is now} Polo Park a very long time ago ... my family is mostly from further west (even smaller places in MB).I would not bother spending the sums of money for these.  

I cant speak on a national level but in Texas inventory is low and competition is tough.
