Some leases are 15 or more pages long, with paragraphs required to be initialed, that what I was thinking of, it's not big deal or expense to print them, but if the tenant is astute, they may be there awhile.

I'd like to send a certified introduction letter that would either direct them to send rent payments to me if they are paying rent currently or offer to allow them to stay in exchange for rent if they were the former owners.

However, I would explain this nicely to the tenants during the introduction to let them know so that the notice would not be unexpected and they know what will happen if they pay late.Technique I've used with previous tenants is that I made myself as just a messenger from the owner, which makes me not really the same thing as owner since i'm just a lowly servant.
