When I add in the clause into the sales agreement the BREACH OF CONTRACT FEE of $2000 - seller should not enter into any agreements to sell this property or circumvent the buyers rights to purchase the property at LOT 3 LOT 21 Sesame Gardens also known as 1234 Ripple Lane Houston Texas 77000 blah blah blah , and the SELLER SIGNS that contract, will that make it binding at that point.

It sounds like the one that real estate dealmaker and legend Jack Miller would tell stories about the complex outside of Houston, TX.
