Hi from Dallas/Houston

Hi all!

I just want to introduce myself to the community. 

I am interested in buying and holding properties in the Dallas and Houston area while still working a full-time job. My love for travel drives me to invest in real estate! Working a full time job, even though it pays pretty decent, does not allow much time for that. 

I am just starting out and have three properties in the DFW area. Looking to expand to Houston and learn as much as possible! Any tips or advice is always welcomed.
