I’m just cruising through the site, I posted earlier today for some advice as well I haven’t gotten any responses yet but I’m amazed of the support in this community I truly appreciate the valuable feedback from everyone’s experience in the field. 

If the winning bid is over the total amount of accumulated taxes, interest and fees, you're all paid up and the rest is gone bye-bye.The guy that beat me got the lot and the little old country farmhouse for the total of taxes due 2008-2013 -- his winning bid covered it all. 

Your responsibility is to get "PreQualified" to refinance out of that loan.  

Its just the tip of the iceberg of BS in Seattle.

I'm not sure if he just gave me a great deal, but happy to pass along his info.

Am I correct in stating that the only thing I would be responsible for is coordinating and managing repairs to the actual building if I were working with your company?

I think he should have held onto it longer (he doesn't need the money), but he's in his 70's and wants to play while he still can!
