Is it concerning that I'm starting to invest when the market is at a peak and facing a correction?

One got a hard money loan at the peak, prices falling fast, can't get refinanced, HML bearing down to take the house.  

Peak and Asset Lending appears to be a front.

Oftentimes contractors are so busy with regular service calls in peak summer/winter months that they can't reliably take a construction job, or they'll quote you a higher price to see how bad you want it and make it worth their while.

Since my interests were peaked in early 2014 I've read numerous books and listened to a ton of BP podcasts and various other audiobooks, seminars etc.

This year he had to fix some leaks.I would definitely consult our repair guy as to brands that can be easily maintained and that parts are readily available.I see where Sam's club has plenty to pick from at a good price, but not sure if these would be a recommended brand.I'm sure when it goes it will be an emergency to get a new one quick during the peak season.Seems like as long as the fiberglass doesn't crack that parts could, in theory, be replaced just like a car.
