It is perceived as a College town and of course has much of that demographic, but the University and Shands Hospital provide a great deal of young professionals looking for quality housing as well!

Also, I know that some well-known universities have some business classes online for free.  

We are under contract on a property in University Heights and the home inspection reported the majority of the windows were fogged and we are trying to get an estimate from a window installation company for final negotiations of our purchase price.   

Thomas Jefferson University and CHOP are the next largest employers both with over 25k people, and all three are currently expanding.I will suggest if you're looking for multis in Philly, expand your search to outside the city as well in Delaware and Montgomery county.

I attended undergrad at University of Florida and lived in multiple off campus rentals in my time there with 4 other buddies of mine.
