Florida - Just starting my journey

Ralph Corpuz
Posted

Hi all!! My apologies if this sounds super new lol. I am beginning my real estate journey and have been looking into the Florida market. But besides the short term rentals for the Miami tourist and Disney lovers in Orlando, I am looking for more of a buy and hold market. Does anyone have any idea where to start? Any realtors that I can connect with? Property managers?

Any advice is so appreciated!! Thanks so much for your time!

Hello Ralph! Welcome to the Florida Market! I am a Regional Manager for our Property Management Company in Gainesville and we have found great success here. It is perceived as a College town and of course has much of that demographic, but the University and Shands Hospital provide a great deal of young professionals looking for quality housing as well!
