How about investing: how do you wish to invest 401k funds?

You will have to liquidate your current stock holdings if you wish to go this route - you will need cash to buy real estate.

I could spend a few days writing to you about this, reflecting on my own regrets of the past twenty-five years and how I wish I could go back and do what Scott Trench suggested, but you need the book more than you need me talking about the book. 

That's very pretty much what I do. 90% of rents don't even read the ad, so I wish Zillow had a system that made applicants read the ad first or had some kind of pre-qualifying system landlords could use before allowing applicants to fire off an inquiry.

Start with "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George Clason and Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and go from there.I wish you the best.Stephanie
