I can share my experience.I do not buy notes.I can tell you about banks.I have dealt with local,regional,and national ones.Remember this and ingrain it in your mind "Banks WOULD LIKE to do lots of things and then there is REALITY"You will probably laugh at this but I have commercial appraisers CALLING ME sometimes because they want to know if I can help them with comps.

I have been saying for awhile most of what was said in the article.I agree with most of what was said.The point about existing banks not being able to lend I don't see as big of an issue.The big national banks still have a ton of money to lend.
