I hit post too quickly, I have had great success with the following grays/beiges - More on the gray side (but warm) include Revere Pewter (BM), Gray Owl (BM) and Agreeable Gray (SW).  

Another thing that works great is warm water with baking soda, i don't put it in spray bottle cause it will plug it up.

Our concern is that we have to stay in our current city for at least the next year as I am starting a new job, but after that, we plan on moving somewhere a little further south for the sake of some warm weather.

Long-term I want to bring in warm leads that convert often and cost me very little.

As a kid my dad took me to lodges for ice fishing often.Need a nice warm bed after a cold day on the ice!

It seems to warm them up quite a bit.Always welcome responses from detractors.
