I'm looking to connect with some individuals or companies who would be interested in working out some favorable deals for them in exchange for experience and connections.I feel as though I would be successful because my other endeavors includes locating assets, making relationships, information gathering and management.   

I do look at how locales treat and respect individual property rights as I consider exchanging into a new OOS market.

I recently used our software to identify every multi-family property in my market and then reached out to every owner for a 1031 exchange.

We invest equity alongside homeowners and homebuyers in exchange for a share in the change in value when the home is sold.

It is - attend some local real estate meetups, do a little networking with some successful local investors, and then find a way to bring value to somebody in exchange for learning how they put a deal together.

Some other creative strategies are AirBnB, seller financing, or 1031 exchanges. 

If you've got a timeshare already and you're looking to monetize it, I'd look into other options like exchanges or platforms designed for timeshares.  

I would look into a 1031 exchange to defer those capital gains taxes.
