Wholesaling DE/Philadelphia/SNJ Area

Yeshua Williams
Posted

Hello everyone,

I'm just starting out in my journey and I would like to get involved in wholesaling to start and my locations of interest are in the Delaware, Philadelphia (also Delaware County & Mont Co.), and South New Jersey area.  I'm looking to connect with some individuals or companies who would be interested in working out some favorable deals for them in exchange for experience and connections.

I feel as though I would be successful because my other endeavors includes locating assets, making relationships, information gathering and management.    I look forward to learning as much as possible and making great relationships.

Thanks!

@Yeshua Williams If you come across anything in Delaware County Let me know! I buy and hold mostly in the eastern part of the county.

I would argue being so broad in your geography can hurt you. You will spend a lot of money marketing to that large a market and you might not know the submarkets well enough to put together good deals. If you hit one or two ripe markets hard you can be the expert there and really penetrate the market. Once you feel like you have maxed a market out you can expand.

Just a thought. Good luck and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you!
