New to the forum and new to the industry
Hello - I am Dan! Of course, I will first have to thank the staff, creators, and all of the people that participate and take the time to answer the questions of new people like me. I have been reading the blogs for quite some time now and have been applying some of the things that I have learned to my life. My wife and I currently have two investment properties - one of them naturally comes with several horror stories attached, but I see it all as learning and try to stay positive. In the mean time I have acquired my real estate license as of 4 moths ago and finally started working for a full service property management company that is also a licensed brokerage. My goal is to generate revenue and invest in more properties. I live in Sarasota County, Florida and would like to get a couple of pointers on how to connect with investors that need a property manager in my area in the homes that I earn their business.
