What is your ultimate goal?

Normally the seller pays the agent.However ultimately it is whatever is in the contract.

But the sponsor or real estate crowdfunding entity will ultimately have to make the decision how to file based on all facts and circumstances.

Ultimately, if/when I add another 15 units, it will not be twice the effort.
