made my first stock purchase in 22 years and up 50% plus in less than a week.. so thats good.real estate wise its all across the board.. we did get a slug of sales we had in the pipe line to close this last month so thats good. had a few of my turnkey clients lose deals last second ( cold feet) or lender issues..

Two weeks ago I decided to invest some money in the stock market to take advantage of the plummeting prices.

Much less risk than their basketball game at the park.So some people I know are raking in the money, cooking food, making deliveries for the hardware store, and stocking shelves in a store, working 80 hours a week, with the pay rate higher than normal and bonuses. 

Stock market does provide great opportunity at this current moment if someone has ability and intelligence to analyze and invest in right stock or funds..

I would lean toward a 1031 exchange as you likely have a ton of capital gains tied up in them. 

Their stock has performed very well, relatively speaking, throughout the downturn.

I would look to put at least 10-20% of that into stocks.

Guess I could take it for a little til things settle down.put it in the stock market :) 

Situation: - Prospecting for seller leads to buy properties directly for my company - No commission are being exchanged. - No seller or listing agent involved - I am a licensed agent - I am not asking the seller to list their home, I am buying it. 

I have plenty of reserves, but my stock portfolio......well!
