Although we are in uncertain times, it seems the investment business is staying strong. What have you experienced recently that has been a positive outcome during this challenge?

made my first stock purchase in 22 years and up 50% plus in less than a week.. so thats good.

real estate wise its all across the board.. we did get a slug of sales we had in the pipe line to close this last month so thats good. had a few of my turnkey clients lose deals last second ( cold feet) or lender issues.. Had a few wholesalers I fund also lose deals when the local private money folks said nope dont think so going to stay in cash.

Put a smokin deal in Vegas together yesterday.. so thats nice.  

most real estate is good but like every one we have a certain amount of deals that are taking a lot of energy to get through the knot hole
