Bathtub and toilet regurgitating and clogging.

That is my absolute dream... no broken toilets.

But I had frozen pipes a few weeks ago and for my pre workout coffee I had to utilize water from the toilet.So what I'm saying is this, if you have the guts to drink toilet water you should go forward with your plan.Cheers.

She also turns down management requests if the house is not able to be made unique, offer something special, owners are not willing to invest to create a high-end experience (i.e. she dictates the sheets, toilet paper, etc for her listings, since it is her reviews at stake).

For me, my cleaner is super accommodating and is willing to go to the property when things need to be taken care of, particularly for something cleanliness related like unclean sheets, not enough toilet paper, etc.

My plan is to place a luxury/safari tent out there on a deck and have septic system for toilet and shower.

Not to mention that when you go to clean the place when you have a tenant turnover it will be a nightmare getting off all of the hard water deposits in toilets, showers, sinks, etc.
