There is often a small window, about the size of a quarter, to look into the blower.

Assuming the tenants all like it the same temp, if its on the first floor, the top and middle are hot and those tenants leave their windows open.

Anybody had similar experience with this situation:House was involved in a drive by shooting about a month ago, bout 25 bullets shot at house, bout 8 went through door, several through window and several through siding.

In the basement [no windows area] how about a "mini home gym" with a [used] elliptical, mirrors on walls, gym mats, kettle balls, pull up bar, etc?
