(Sewers are scaled by bedrooms, not baths, since it's the number of people likely to reside there that is the basis for the useage)Usually, you are not required to hook up to a sewer (unless the EPA types are in on it, like near a river or lake) but you do have to pay the sewer assessments.I have had septics, it's worth it to hook up, IMO> Bill
