Hey, what's up BP community?

My name is Jim Ludes, I'm from Redondo Beach, California. I was bitten by the real estate bug back in 2003. I hit the RE boot camp circuit for about 2 years and bought every RE and marketing course I could get my hands on.

Since then I've invested in hot and cold markets all over the country using the internet and traditional marketing methods. Just recently I scaled back on my investing to focus on coaching newbies and consulting with other investors and small business owners in online lead generation.

I’m excited about being part of the BP community and building new relationships. I’m also looking forward to sharing my real estate experience and internet marketing knowledge with anyone who will listen.
