Good color choices and finishes!!

Sunriver is very picky about colors and styles, they want "natural" and it needs to fit in with existing homes, etc. which all have some variation of siding, windows have to be beige or gray, etc.

- suddenly raises the cost of the total remodeling project by 30%, and with the next three invoices, the total project rose to 40%, 50% and now 70% above the estimate. 

Trying to find some inspiration for colors and design.

Make sure your primer color is somewhat close to your paint color.

I would stay away from the west side of the freeway for the most part, and most areas around Rose park.

Personally, I would just replace the counter top and add a little bit of color to the kitchen.

I would rather not have 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint to go over dark purple and greens, I had a painter mention there is a paint out that truly does cover in one coat with these dark colors.  

Or is only difference color scheme?

pre-owned corian which has a seam at the sink we were never able to blend-experiment but now that floor and decor has granite slabs so cheap I won't buy used corian (color was not the best off white I discovered after purchase too :-( )  Bath 30" vanity got pulled out to add a pony wall?
