It seems we are reaching a cap on rents, there is no way I can raise rents $200 to offset tax increase.I am starting to strategically sell of some of my portfolio and move the money into syndicated deals in better cash flow markets.

In all honesty, that's a tall order with the exception of some strategic hard money lending or completing a couple solid flips per year, but that is active income.

Obviously conventional financing is the "cheapest" but, I am concern that strategically it is not the best option.
