Turbo Tax Deluxe or CPA?

I have always had an easy time with Turbo Tax  This past year, I bought my first rental and now it is TAX TIME!!!  I'm wondering if I should use a cpa or continue with Turbo Tax Deluxe?  The questions are very straight forward with Turbo Tax and it is much cheaper.  But I also don't want to miss out on maximizing my return.  What are other landlords out there using?

In my experience as a CPA, it is much cheaper to pay a expert real estate CPA than prepare your own return. In most cases, investors leave thousands of dollars of tax savings on the table because they do not know the rules and neither do the Turbo Tax experts.

Sorry, I know this statement is self serving but it is the truth 90% of the time.

Hope that helps!

Ted
