It is physically not possible.No list, no system can get you motivarted sellers.

And most events have online or physical ways to show others what is your primary interest so you can meet others with compatible interests.

In order to even be permitted to run credit reports, my PM company had to go through a physical site visit from a representative of the credit bureau to ensure we have physical (locking filing cabinets, etc), electronic (password protected computer lock screens, etc), and procedural (written policies) safeguards in place to prevent the release of SSNs and other personally identifiable information (PII).So the correct answer to your question is a hearty No, the PM cannot and should not share applicants' credit reports with you.Note: I have since followed up with the law firm that published the article linked above, and they acknowledged that some of this is still the subject of legal debate.

If you are local and plan on still being physically involved in the property, discuss this with them because you may need to be.

I don't agree with you. the cost of doing business is investing. it's a cost you pay in the midst of trying to earn a return on all the money you spend. everything spent is spent with the goal of making a higher return. there's plenty other businesses where you have to spend on items that don't physically produce a return for you individually, but as a collective the money comes back. if I spend $4k on a unit and that unit makes me $3500/mo, did I not invest the initial $4k?
