Cash invested: $15,000
Sale price: $140,000
Bought a cabin that has been abandoned for over 10 years and needed everything. After putting bunch of money in it and fixing the major issues, I just sold it as it was hard to manage from afar! Great returns to me but it will also make a great Airbnb for the buyer.
