......I actually came across a video on the Breakfast Club morning show w/ Mark Whitten a year ago and am finally putting things into practice.

This sparked a sell-off in stocks and a flight to the safe haven of bonds, causing bond prices to rise.

It's not like it'll actually make it sunny more than a few hours in late morning, the house is west of the yard and 4 floors, but it'll make it a little less claustrophobic.

We didn’t have one and our very first guest lost the key and called and woke us up at three in the morning because they couldn’t get in.!

They can be difficult to get a hold of sometimes, although I call when they open in the mornings or send an email.The contractors they hire are expensive compared to the PMs who have their own contractors....much more than the ones I have in Ohio.
