I decided it would make sense to move in the property due to certain circumstances in my life at the moment.

I don't use a PM at the moment in AZ. 

We just won an auction bid in Kansas City, and went to a “oh damn” moment.

I realized very quickly that I would never be able to occupy the home myself again, after months of reflection an epiphany moment came to me where I finally saw the home as an amazing opportunity my mother left me to get into real estate and real estate investing.

I wouldn’t spend anymore money more if you’re planning on becoming a loan signing agent because there are too many at the moment.

I think you are biting off more than you can chew at the moment. 4 properties is a lot to start with if you have never done it before.

It's fun dinner table talk :)My fall back plan at the moment is to acquire the property for cost of the note, get whatever insurance I can on it, perform stabilizing maintenance, and stockpile cash until I can make it work. 

Renters who what to own but can't get a lone at this moment are the people who lease option my properties.  

I imagine this varies largely by region at the moment.
