We just won an auction bid in Kansas City, and went to a “oh damn” moment. We have been sitting on the sideline forever and went into analysis paralysis for a while. Now we finally pulled the trigger. We like the Kansas City market, but we don’t live there and don’t know anyone in Kansas...so where do we start?
