It sounds like any technology will be an improvement from mailing checks. 

It has been established for several yrs now and seems like a great performing property but lacking in a few areas like some technology and modernizing units.

What is your biggest concern for your future as an agent considering the integration of newer technologies like AI, Web3, Blockchain etc. in the real estate space?

I still hold a full time job in technology and want to switch to REI.  

New construction has the benefit of the latest energy saving technology and build to suit.

I work in IT, so if you need advice on technology I'm your man!

Notre Dame has been investing in a new project called "Ignition Park" which is in short a technology park that is going to generate a lot of jobs as well as a demand for housing.  

In my opinion find a good local company where you can see their operation up close but big enough to have the important technologies and processes down pat.

Currently working on updating this 1998 home to have a more modern feel to it.

My dad always told me to be smart in school so someday you don't have to do a job you don't want to do.What I wish someone told me was to look to the future and learn as much as you can about technology and how to work with people effectively.
