I am planning on using a Wordpress theme for the platform.

Recently, I've started helping local businesses to manage their online reputation and reach today's mobile customers.In addition, I teach an online course while working on my next real estate deals.Ultimately, I want to own a portfolio of commercial and some residential real estate.

Did they really just drive off from that old Mobile home with some guys repo who's shooting at them with a pump action 12 gauge and did they really just LEAVE the camera man behind who didn't even get shot at!!

Now, I'm unsure if I should use a local or 1-800 number with these mobile advertisement vans....I feel like it should feel a little more professional than a typical bandit sign approach. 

Basically taught my wife and I tons assigned us to a area in our stage of MA and gave us a platform with access to a ton of leads.  

I've spent a couple days driving around some areas with quite a few mobile home parks, some nice while others resembled junk yards.

Where I live the thugs are mobile, so you could walk down the street of a great neighborhood and still be attacked, day or night.

Brian Stone, have you thought about investing in cheap, single wide mobile homes with owner financing?

.- Followed more than 500 other people (on each social networking platform) who work in real estate, most in REI.- Began preliminary work on creating all five websites (focusing on the buyer squeeze pages, so I can gather a solid buyers list before putting a property under contract) but it turns out that I'm not too good at the technical side of things, so I think I'm going to hire someone on Fiverr to put everything together.

If it was $1M with capital available for other investments, it would likley go towards an apartment building, commercial unit, or perhaps a mobile home park.
