You should never blindly accept any of a wholesalers numbers. 

Tenants are using COVID 19, for not accepting a rent increase.

There are more houses under contract at all times, but fewer that are actively listed and accepting offers.

Hello BP community,I have recently accepted an offer on my current residence, as I thought I would be yielding a significant net profit, which I was planning on using to get my first duplex/triplex house hack in NJ.  

It's been hard to get any offer accepted unless you are cash buyer or well over asking. 

Unfortunately, too many inspectors give less than complete reports since they don't want to sink the deal which may be passively encouraged by many agents who focus on commissions.It's a two-way street but I would be careful accepting sub-standardinspections since any negligence will (like it or not) have your name attached to it.

I've love the  UX/UI and the most dumbfounding thing so far is that two different tenant and a vendor figured out how to file maintenance requests, accept work orders, and enter status updates WITH NO TRAINING FROM ME AT ALL! 

The first thing to accept - Good contractors are not cheap and cheap contractors are not good.   

We put an offer on a single family home for a BRRRR that we didn’t get, got an offer accepted on a flip and walked away during inspection because of foundation issues, and looked at countless 2-4 unit properties.

Just got an offer accepted on my first rental property in the downtown Indianapolis area!
