I am a long time listener to the podcast and reader of the forum but never wrote a post before. 

I listen to your podcast and appreciate the insight.

Hi all,long time (religious) listener of the podcasts and also a small time investor (have 5 doors split between Raleigh, NC and Danbury, CT).   

I'm fairly new to the BP community, have been listening to the podcast since January, watching the webinars, bought most of the books and am currently reading Brandon's "How to Invest in Real Estate."

I didn’t know about this podcast so I’m excited to listen to it.

Looking to make a dive into Real estate Investing ASAP, I am young but my credit is in the green I have 10k+ saved up I would like to know what would the next step be for some of you guys being in my shoes

Nice guy, but he should probably focus on listening to his customers before talking so much in my opinion, didn’t even ask me if I had the time to speak to him, just rambled on.Anyway, should be easy enough to get those four key players. 

We took over ~20 homes from a property manager about a month ago and they were less then friendly/professional about it and not only refused to send a letter they were telling anyone who called them "Don't listen to them we are still the manager".  

So when I was reading up on it and listening on the podcast theyre actually saying refinancing into a conventional investment loan, not a regular Conventional loan.

We have been reading books/forum posts, attending webinars and listening to podcasts as much as possible!
