Letter: Switching Property Management Company
Hi All,
For building owners who have switched from one Property Management company to another, can you please share the letter or note you sent out to your tenants informing them of the change?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Nick M., this should be something the new property manager should be taking care of and have a standard letter they use. You as the owner should not need to bridge the gap unless there is going to be a time period between management companies. If that is the case, you will want to let them know how to contact you in case of emergency as well as how to deposit rent.
