I truly would like anyones opinion on ways to start and put your best foot forward.

My lot is 116' x 50' so the foot print of the building would be no more than 110 x 44.

So I'm looking at the area you need for a single chair its like a 4 foot by 4 foot area.

Add work at 30' above grade, plus 40 linear feet to front of building.This should cost $2,000 to $3,000.
