Hello all,I have a lead on a lot located in SE Atlanta 30317 with a lot of potential. 

I have 2 weeks for completing inspection, and would appreciate guidance on areas to watch out for.I already noticed that the floor is creaking in a couple of rooms, there is no insulation, and there might be lead paint.

This puts pressure to defer maintenance and leads to special assessments.Whatever you decide, you need to find a realtor that specializes in investment properties, is well connected, and knows the areas you're interested in inside and out. 

A low end tenant Iives in a low end structure, this usually leads to low end ROI.

If your contract simply says each party will pay their own "customary fees", that's better but will lead to some surprises and haggles.

So what should I do with these leads now? 

Mold is just the new hot button issue use to be asbestos and lead paint before that.

How can I find out also if the lien of the Hoa which lead to final judgment is a super lien that would override the mortgages

@Sue Deng  please take no offense.. however If you do not even understand this basic question.. and folks in foreclosure are under EXTREME duress and stress how is someone like you remotely going to help them.. other than for your own self serving gratification.to come on BP and ask this question just floors me personally.. the blind leading the desperate and this usually leads to those your trying to rip equity form to end up just losing their house.
