You should be able to know the best deals, even though the are often outside of official listings.Brush up your financial knowledge.

That's usually a result of a lack of market knowledge or management plan.I am one of the gurus - so I hesitated to get involved in this thread.

MD has some pretty tough laws regarding foreclosures and I was interested to know if anyone else out there has tackled short sales in MD and what advise they may have to offer.I have been impressed with the knowledge and responses that many people have to offer on this site and can't wait to post some stories of my future experiences for everyone to read.Thanks for any suggestions you may have.Jonathan

He's incredibly knowledgeable on this subject and even testified in Annapolis during the drafting of the MD foreclosure law.

I know Fannie Mae prefers 10% of offer compared to $500 which normally works with other REO offers.PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITH BOOK KNOWLEDGE!
