Hi everyone! I have been in the mortgage business for the past few years and am interested in venturing out to the REI business. I have done a lot of research on short sales as I have come across many people that are upside down on their homes now with the soft market. MD has some pretty tough laws regarding foreclosures and I was interested to know if anyone else out there has tackled short sales in MD and what advise they may have to offer.

I have been impressed with the knowledge and responses that many people have to offer on this site and can't wait to post some stories of my future experiences for everyone to read.

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

Jonathan
