It will probably take a few generations, I can not imagine that we re-define the working structure of our society in a few years and without casualties.So the question to me is basically how do we want to be positioned as real estate investors when that change starts?

Look at the BP Forums and how many women real estate investors there are and we make up 50% of the population.

I’m an investor based out of Columbus, OH.

I am a newbie investor, this will be my first property.

And they would have added 86k in total return in that year.As an investor that built up a nice portfolio after the bust through covid where I got to 83 sfh's, the returns on these str's, are just silly.

If it gives one investor an unrecognized opportunity then great.
