Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying. 

By day I'm an I.T. consultant for a large blue technology company.

Anyone have experience with Real Technology Based Brokerage?

I've spent the last 25 years in the technology sector and am ready to make a change and dive into the real estate market. 

The fund will not use leverage and project to start construction in Nov and sold out in 3 years.

Ironically, my PMP, which only costs me about $6000, has been far more valuable in my technology career than any of my degree studies.

Also the reason that rents don't pop up on Zillow is probably because it is a small town, and people may not think of it to be an effective way to advertise here (when I was looking for places here, I checked the grocery store information pin up board, news paper and word of mouth, it didn't even occur to me to check online, however, when I lived in Madison, the first place I looked was online, kind of interesting to look back at, the type of resources I used, was subconsciously correlated with where I was looking), or they just are not up to speed with technology!  

I do all work and are responsible for all repairs and LL utilities until closing which covers about 6 weeks of tenants in the property.Finding a tenant in Nov-March in MN is an awful situation to be in.  

Please note, this is not my only criteria for finding rentals, but since I am a technology person, I would like to figure this out.Thanks in advance!
