I've tried Moutain of America Credit Union as a lender but i did not meet their qualifications as far as credit and income, I'll ask my uncle for sure to see which lender he goes through because i want to start asap. and Cameron the area i'm in is Utah county.As far as what i'm interested in Josh you are right i really don't know what i want so i need to start exploring to see what my focus will be.thank you all I'm looking forward to do more research on real estate using BP :-)
