Hi Everyone!

I am new to the BP community. I just recently found the BP podcast and have effectively binged on about half the available episodes. I have been interested in real estate investing since I was kid. My family owns a small mom & pop property management company and I spent summers working there. Currently I am a Property Management Officer at a large financial institution that oversees the rehab and renting of about 90-100 properties across the eastern part of NC.

I have done a little bit of my own investing. A few years ago I was living in Asheville, NC and I successfully wholesaled a vacant piece of land. However shortly after that I lost my day job and hit some hard financial times. However since moving to the Raleigh area 3 years ago I have gotten back on my feet and ready to dive back in. I am really looking forward to connecting with other like-minded people and learning from the the BP community.
